Your Chance to Win!
Introduce a New Individual Member to MLTAV for 2010 and you will go in the draw for a $250 voucher to a restaurant of your choice. What a wonderful opportunity to have a night out with family, or a few friends!

The prize will be drawn, and winner announced, at the MLTAV 2010 Annual General Meeting in December 2010.

Terms and Conditions:

- Competition is open to all MLTAV Individual Members who introduce a New MLTAV
  Individual Member;
- New Individual Members must not have been a current member of MLTAV for the
  last three years;
- New Individual Members must provide the name of the current member who
  introduced them to the MLTAV in the section titled 'Introduce-a-Colleague
  Competition' on the 2010 Individual Membership form; and
- The name of the Current MLTAV Member will be placed into the draw when the New
  Membership is processed, and fully paid.
