Blended Learning: Technologies transforming the Languages classroom FREE PROFESSIONAL LEARNING The MLTAV was pleased to be supported by the Victorian Department of Education to develop an eBook to support Blended learning in languages education. This free resource provides teachers with step-by-step instructions on how to use a broad range of ICT Tools and Resources for the languages classroom. Monday 23 November, 2015 - 4pm - 5pm:Enghancing Language Literacy through Technology Presenter: JILL WILSON (Project Manager, Education Services Australia) FREE Resources available to support implementation of Victorian Curriculum: Languages This webinar will introduce teachers to the huge collection of FREE resources available through Scootle and the Language Learning Space to support teachers in the implementation of the Victorian Curriculum: Languages. All Government and Catholic schools will be expected to implement this curriculum from 2017 so it is an ideal time to begin preparing for this in 2016 and to become familiar with the resources available to support this implementation. Tuesday 8 December – 4pm - 5pm: Languages Online - STUART MILLER (Victorian School of Languages) Resources to support the delivery of Language programs through the use of ICT Languages Online is now available as an app for Windows, iOS and Android (Mac OS X coming soon). The session will introduce the app and the Japanese and Indonesian activities currently available. We’ll also have a brief look at the other resources available through the Languages Online website.
